Our Founder and Managing Director, Gayna Hart has 35 years experience in IT, but claims less as it makes her seem younger. She was a consultant before she started Quicksilva and still remembers preparing business cases, funding requests, benefits realisation plans and procurement specs for government departments. She’s not averse to helping our customers out with these even now, along with keeping a firm hand on the Quicksilva tiller.
As Operations Director, Andy Cripps keeps the whole business on track, everything from ISO certifications and corporate assurance to IT infrastructure, security and facilities. He's our own, in-house provider of all that we need to deliver our best ever service to our customers. Cyber security is his super power (the subject of his Master's), and he's always happy to share his expertise with our customers.
Judith Bates is our Interim Programme Director. When she’s not dabbling in a bit of house renovation, she’s going a long way (all the way from Herefordshire, actually) to assist our Delivery Team in meeting the demands of our 5-year strategy. With her wide and varied experience of the NHS, and her collaborative approach to transformational programmes, she is able to translate strategic requirements into tangible, realistic solutions.
We are pleased to have Gary McKenzie as our Interim Sales Director. He has been round the buoy a few times and has product experience in health and in hardware components. Having worked in business development in the UK and Europe, he has the knowledge and ability to solve our customers’ integration problems drawing from our specialist portfolio of products and services.
